At The Trafalgar St James Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant, working alongside the HR team by creating a winning culture and developing a high-performing team.

As an HR Assistant your main duties will be:

Be the first point of contact
Partner with managers on the recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and data.
Support in creating a positive and engaging work environment for our team.
Coordinate training sessions
Support payroll with any queries from team members
Organising employee engagement activity

The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR preferably in hotels. You will have strong communication skills, be highly organised and a good attention to details, as well as having good knowledge of Microsoft and undestanding of employment law.
